All tuition must be prepaid by the 1st day of each month at drop off time, if payment is not made at the time of drop off, a $25.00 late payment fee will be applied every business day to your account for a maximum of 4 days. If payment is not received by 6:00 PM on the 4th day of the month, child care will be halted immediately.

If paying with a check it must be dated for the day payment is due.

In the event a check bounces, there will be a $35.00 fee applied to your account. 

If going away on vacation, payment is due BEFORE you leave. If the 1st of the month falls on a holiday payment will be due the next business day. 

In the event that a child isn't present on a scheduled day, no credit will be provided for the day missed. (no trading days).
